Safety
Safety of our customers is taken very seriously. From ensuring the service professional is highly qualified and experienced, to capturing their police clearance and providing each person with in House training pertaining to Hygiene and disease control, Ethics and Boundaries.
We maintain a zero tolerance toward personal requests. DO NOT ask for sexual favours. DO NOT be concerned if your service provider is handsome or attractive as neither of those attributes affect the service you receive.

Safe Advice and Therapies
No services offered by LLWB.co.uk and the therapists should be used in place of conventional medical care. Always consult your GP or relevant health professional for medical attention and advice. Our services are often used alongside conventional care in hospices, hospitals and other healthcare settings, to help support patients with a variety of conditions.

Safe Boundaries
We ask that communication between the customer and the service provider be kept to the subject of your own health and wellness. Neither ought to enquire about deep private matters such as marital status, address, names of family.
We ask that the location for the massage table be set up, be in a comfortable quiet location but where possible nearer to the entrance and a sink and plug is preferred. This avoids too many stairs and avoids access to private rooms of one's space.
Personal Items such as handbags, jewellery must be moved away to a secure location. This is not because their security is at risk, but rather because customers have the tendency to forget where they leave things and then could blame an innocent service provider.

Safe from Sickness
Our service providers are required to request a replacement provider if they are not well. We do not permit our team to spread germs. Likewise, if , 5 DAYS or less before the moment of reserving your appointment, you have been exposed to any person with a contagious illness such as covid19, flue, colds then we ask that you do NOT make a reservation until you are sure that enough time has passed without symptoms of illness. Thank you.
Allergies
If you suffer from allergies it is your responsibility to notify us at the time of making the service reservation and when the service provider is talking about your health and service needs. Some people are highly sensitive and in these situations it is expected that you have pre organised your own body oil.
Cancellations
Deposits are required to make a service reservation for our out call wellness services. Follow the booking instructions via the "Reserve" link.
Our time is precious and if you made a booking we hope you can be mindful of the service providers commute and blocked schedule. 48 hours before your appointment, you will qualify for a full refund. Cancellations less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a non questionable 50% fee of all the services you have booked. That will have been taken as your deposit. Do not book an appointment if you are not entirely committed to the appointment.
Timely
The expectation is for the service provider to arrive between 20 to 30 minutes before your appointment. This will allow the provider to set up whilst you fill in a short health form and sign giving written consent to receive a wellness service. A short discussion will determine your needs and you will both agree to a service that will deliver the best possible results.
There are some instances where societal conditions or problems arise and the service provider might be delayed such as a public protest or accident preventing a direct route. Please consider if you can allow for these situations at the time of making your reservation with Luxury Leela Wellness Boutique. In the case of such an occurrence you will be called to ensure that a time adjustment will be acceptable to you.
Fair Service
If the service delivery did not meet the expectations of the customer we take this very seriously. Please email info@LLWB.Co.Uk Your email must include the following details so that we can respond with an initial investigation: Name on the service reservation, date, time and the name of the service reserved and taken. Next you will state in point format specifically what aspects of the experience moved you to feel dissatisfied. Finally, you will state what you believe to be an agreeable resolution. All details will be reviewed and investigated with the service providers inclusion.

When you use our website, our booking software, email and social media you entrust us to keep your data secure. We do take your privacy seriously. We seek to explain to you what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. If there are any terms of this policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue using this website and our services.

The booking system is provided by Vagaro who has assured security compliance. Your name, address, phone number and email address are safely stored in the Vagaro database and access via smartphones of the business owner and by your dedicated service provider is permitted.
Google Maps will be used to navigate to the appointment.
Bookings can be made from anywhere in the world so long as you pay a deposit as stated at the time of booking. This does mean that your name and provided details are sent internationally. As with all things, it is important that you protect your network to safeguard your computer use. Technology at Luxury Leela Wellness Boutique uses antiVirus software and vpn for security.
